Job Description

The role:

Responsible for managing and developing a small team of approx. 8 staff.

Managing the ongoing day-to-day order activities to ensure order and invoice targets and deadlines are achieved

Plan & organise workloads to ensure business operations are efficient.

Identify training needs of new and existing staff.

To monitor, evaluate & seek improvements to customer service.

Produce regular reports and analyse departments targets

Motivate, encourage and support the Team on a daily basis

Person Spec

Ideally we are looking for similar experience within manufacturing, supply chain and distribution.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to make sound commercial decisions and to analyse data Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Experience meeting deadlines and manage KPI's Good IT skills, including all Microsoft office packages Educated to A level or above.
