Job Description

Our client are a facilities management company in Manchester that are funded by the department of health.

Description

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administration across the board
  • Codes set up for systems
  • User profile set up fro new starters
  • Set up screen configuration
  • Interface and email logs, including email set up and body of emails
  • Support the process administration of the above activities, including SOP documentation and trackers/logs
  • Deal with any WIFI issues
  • Work closely with external partners to support the administration required for changes to systems, solutions or networks
  • Ensure all documents are up to date and loaded on systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone with the following skills: • Experience of working within a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. • Experience of working with Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of an Asset Management System, and confident in using various other databases • Experience of playing a key role in system administration • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written • Ability to multi-task and work to deadline • Ability to work independently and part of a team • Confident in delivering excellent customer service levels • Confidence to deal with senior individuals and challenge where required
