Our client are a facilities management company in Manchester that are funded by the department of health.
Description
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Providing administration across the board
Codes set up for systems
User profile set up fro new starters
Set up screen configuration
Interface and email logs, including email set up and body of emails
Support the process administration of the above activities, including SOP documentation and trackers/logs
Deal with any WIFI issues
Work closely with external partners to support the administration required for changes to systems, solutions or networks
Ensure all documents are up to date and loaded on systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone with the following skills: • Experience of working within a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. • Experience of working with Microsoft 365 • Strong knowledge of an Asset Management System, and confident in using various other databases • Experience of playing a key role in system administration • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written • Ability to multi-task and work to deadline • Ability to work independently and part of a team • Confident in delivering excellent customer service levels • Confidence to deal with senior individuals and challenge where required
