YOU will be responsible for:
Answering the phones and responding to any enquiries
Diary management
Managing and updating company database
Managing and logging deliveries
Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager
Scheduling meetings
Support with Reception duties when required
Person specification
Ability to multi-task
Minimum of one-year experience in an Administration role
A-Level or equivalent qualification
Local to Wimbledon
You will need to be flexible as there may be requirements to work outside of normal office hours.
