Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Providing all parties with up to date information about order status

• General Office Admin

• Processing orders over the phone and via email

• Follow up quotations with customers/distributors


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Outstanding attention to detail • Commitment to provide the highest level of customer service • Being able to work on own initiative • Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasks to meet strict deadlines • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels via telephone, letter, email and in person • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package and general office skills • Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
