To be successful in the role you must be IT Savvy, especially having good knowledge of MS Excel, have an exceptional eye for detail, have the ability to work closely with all members of the team and have a strong work ethic!
Some of the duties are below but these are not limited too;
• Entering important information into the internal system as well as spreadsheets
• Processing time sheets, employee personal information and all other administration tasks that go alongside this
• Processing invoices and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
• Monitoring of internal email boxes and responding accordingly
• Communicating with other members of the team regarding clients requirements and needs
• Maintaining a high level of service at all times.
