Job Description

Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an experienced telemarketing sales executive.

They are a fast-growing accountancy firm which specializes in providing tax refunds to mobile workers and people working in temporary places of work. We are looking for a target driven hungry salesperson to join the team and make the business grow even faster.

Our client is a very modern accountancy firm and due to their digital and traditional marketing efforts, any telemarketer joining our team will never be short of new leads to call and new sectors to target.

What you will be doing:

  • Calling leads who have made enquiries as well as cold calling potential leads as we have a strong refer a friend scheme so even these leads will have heard of the client.
  • Working to sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximized.
  • Attending and contributing to regular team huddles and working closely with the administration team.
  • Data cleansing as you work your way through leads.
  • Contacting company owners to set appointments for field sales to set up strategic partnership in order to generate more leads from those companies via a company referral scheme.

Full one to one training will be given. Covering script, delivery, sales techniques plus full training on the clients CRM system to get you up to speed.

What we offer:

  • A basic salary of £20,000 which increases to £25,000 after passing probation.
  • Monthly paid uncapped commission with monthly bonuses exceeding £800.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Mon-Fri 9-5, no evenings or weekends however overtime is always available for weekends.
  • Annual company bonus depending on overall company performance.

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The drive to learn. Minimum of 2 years sales experience. Exceptional telephone and communication skills. The hunger to succeed. Resilient and positive mindset. An outgoing and approachable personality. Adaptability to change as our client is a growing business with new products regularly being launched.
