As Accounts Assistant, you will undertake general accounts responsibilities including:
raising sales invoices / credit control / daily bank reconciliation
preparation of management accounts / year end audit files
preparation / reconciliation of quarterly VAT returns
maintenance of petty cash transactions / cash deposit at bank
collate monthly expenses schedule / pay creditors
sales and purchase ledger, orders and invoices
project and product analysis spreadsheets
general finance admin including company cars, phones, expenses etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As Accounts Assistant, you will have relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 4 AAT) and experience in a related finance role or department. You will be computer literate with strong all round administrative skills. You will need to be adaptable, flexible and be happy working for a company that embraces change
