Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of clerical and administrative services to support Home Care activities. This will include undertaking financial and HR administrative support tasks within established policies and procedures and ensuring the efficient operation of the administrative support services.
  • Maintenance of high quality electronic and paper records relating to staff and clients.
  • Efficient financial administration of purchasing and staff payroll within a computerised system and administration of inventory and petty cash records.
  • Respond in a professional and helpful manner to telephone and face to face enquiries from colleagues, clients and their relatives.
  • Support the Manager in the delivery of the wider team objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in an administrative or business support role. Experience of financial administration within a computerised system. Experience in dealing positively with the public, customers and colleagues. Experience in working with a degree of initiative
