Job Description

This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within a customer-focussed role within the financial services industry.
Please be advised this role will be working on site in the client’s offices adhering to the current government guidelines. You will be dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, speaking to intermediaries and financial advisors to assist with any queries they may have around mortgage products.
As a Banking Associate Administrator, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and webchat to ensure customers have a smooth and first class experience. 
  • Checking and analysing customer information.
  • Contacting customers to confirm key data and sending out correspondence if required.
  • Undertaking all administrative duties as required.
  • Updating and capturing relevant data to the CRM system.
  • Following company processes and procedures relating to Data Protection.
  • Adhering to Financial Services Authority guidelines.

As a Banking Administrator you will need to be available to work a set shift between Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-18:00. Once the training period is completed, you will also work around 1 Saturday each month from 09:00-13:00. 
You will be required to undergo carry a criminal and credit check if you are successful and secure the role. Please note you must be able to travel to Gosforth for this role and be available for the duration of the project. 
In return, the Banking Associate Administrator will receive a salary of £11.95 per hour (equivalent to £21,000 per annum).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous bankingfinancial services experience is essential. Mortgage experience would be desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal. Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation. Strong ability with Word and Excel. High attention to detail Extremely professional, well-presented and motivated with a strong work ethic. Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs.
