Experience
We are looking for someone who has the ability to deal with sensitive matters and have an understanding of confidentiality issues, including data protection. In order to succeed in the position you must be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, have proficient IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) and have excellent listening and oral communication skills.
Qualifications
Minimum of NVQ2 in a relevant area or willing to work towards this in the future
Duties will include:
Updating records on the electronic case recording system
Sending out letters and information packs to service users and follow up missing information
Telephone duties, acting as the first point of contact
Liaising with other offices
The working hours are 9am-5pm (Mon-Thurs) and 9am-4.30pm (Friday)
