Job Description

Main duties:-

-First point of call from various professionals/agencies and members of the public (log calls)

-Dealing with incoming emails from professionals/agencies and members of the public

-Booking/co-ordinating appointments

-Sending out letters from various templates

-Updating various systems

-Undertaking additional admin duties - filing/photocopying etc

Hours of work are 37.5 - Monday to Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Experience in a similar Administrative role -Excellent communication skills - verbal/written -Methodical with a good eye for detail -Professional telephone manner -Computer literate - confident using Microsoft Office -Ability to handle complaints and initiative to escalate (if necessary) -Team player -immediately available
