Main duties:-
-First point of call from various professionals/agencies and members of the public (log calls)
-Dealing with incoming emails from professionals/agencies and members of the public
-Booking/co-ordinating appointments
-Sending out letters from various templates
-Updating various systems
-Undertaking additional admin duties - filing/photocopying etc
Hours of work are 37.5 - Monday to Friday
