Your New Role
As an Administrator for our client, you will support with all general administration duties, workflow management, record keeping, typing and electronic filing support for the Housing and Neighbourhood Officer and Managers. Other responsibilities will include liaising with tenants via email and telephone calls regarding queries around their home repairs or financial support. Diary management and coordination for senior members in the team and arranging virtual meetings where required. In terms of void properties, you would help meet our client's turnaround times by ensuring keys are booked out and received including chasing the building services divisions.
