Job Description

Key areas of responsibility include-

Oversee approvals for products from concept through to production

  • Responsible for taking each product produced from concept to approval
  • Liaising with colleagues in order to get products approved as quickly as possible
  • Managing approvals both online & through email
  • Proofing products ready for production
  • Chasing and organising amendments
  • Handling pre-production samples and associated paperwork
  • Updating approvals spreadsheets

Internal and External Communications

  • Communicating with Sales Teams & Licensing Dept. to understand priorities
  • Liaising & meeting with Licensors
  • Communicating newly approved designs to Sales Teams
  • Liaising with Stock & Royalty Manager to send titles to print
  • Requesting artwork
  • Present the bi-weekly design meeting presentation
  • Update products and banners on the B2B website
  • Handle the administration of manufacturers agreements with suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working within a fast moving environment and dealing with a wide variety of products the ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a team and possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Key Skills required: Excellent organisation and communication skills Eye for detail Excellent IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Working on own initiative & part of a team
