Job Description

Main Purpose of Role
In this job role you will be working in our Technical Services Team supporting our extensive client base of accountants and auditors to whom we offer a comprehensive and complementary range of audit, specialist assignment, compliance and general practice procedure solutions.

This is a busy department and the team are small so its all hands to the pumps meaning this role has a large and varied scope.

You will need to be the type of person who enjoys a challenge, has a 'can do' attitude and is flexible and willing to do what ever is asked of them in order to support the team members in their goal to maintain the quality of our products and to ensure a high level of client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client enquires via phone, email or online chat to provide advice, information or answer queries about our product range.
- Processing orders through our database ensuring invoicing and product entitlement are set up correctly and for paper-based products, liaising with couriers to ensure appropriate delivery.
- Pro-actively contacting clients regarding orders, enquiries and cancellations.
- Providing administrative assistance with our content management system, which houses our products.
- Ensuring inspection copies of our products are kept up to date.
- Proof reading of internal publications and emails before they are released / sent to customers.

- Experience in the same or similar role - Professional and courteous telephone manner - Ability to work under pressure - Attention to detail and be well organised - Ability to multi-task - Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people - An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Knowledge of accountancy or professional services
