Provide operational support in coordination and maintenance of regular reports from Client's sites and WJ.
Support the operational management with SAP administrative tasks, ordering and raising purchase orders of uniforms, equipment, and other consumables.
Liaise with WJ procurement department for obtaining costs of consumables, setting up suppliers and for any additional purchases. Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and service partners.
Assist in the closure of all audit non-conformances and observations; work with management to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
Assist, arrange and coordinate operational management meetings/seminars.
Act as a note taker for investigation and disciplinary hearings
Booking of travel arrangements and accommodation and meetings both internally and externally.
Support client in day to day administration duties which may involve occasional visits to site locations.
Operating a smooth running of the SIA (Security Industry Authority) licencing department using the businesses online account for submitting and managing licenses. This includes inviting operatives to link to the business, making applications on behalf of operatives, managing linked operatives' licenses, including change of circumstances, making, and maintaining watchlist through the Licence Status Checker and managing correspondence between WJ and the SIA.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Administration experience in similar role PC literate with strong keyboard skills. Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines Flexible and proactive and task ownership Deliver excellent customer service Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
