Provide support in the assessment of risk and options that will mitigate risk
Support individuals and communities in maintaining their independence and seek support and advice when this is challenged
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff
Support colleagues in achieving the operational priorities for the team
Under supervision, work with internal and external colleagues in providing support to individuals, carers, families, communities and hard to reach groups to build safe, strong and caring social networks
Additional Information:-
The role of Administrator is a 3 month temporary position with a possible extension to start as soon as possible
The hourly rate on the role is £10.80
The role will require an Enhanced DBS
