Dealing with technical and commercial queries from both existing and prospective customers regarding the Q-Mark and CE Marking schemes offered by BM TRADA
Entering new customer details on the Certification Database
Calculating and generating invoices for different activities
Setting up audit visits on the Certification Database and allocating the audits to competent auditors
Processing completed audit visit reports
Processing and progressing non-conformance reports raised by Auditors
Saving documents onto the network
Processing customer consumables orders
Providing administrative support to the home based Client Managers working as part of the team
Processing weekly timesheets and expenses from home workers and invoices from external sub-contractors and suppliers
Progressing regular audit tests of customer’s products
Processing purchase orders and goods received notifications
Processing centralized inbound email
Reviewing audit visit reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated within a science, mathematical and English related subject. Experience in a customer service/administration role. A high level of attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent numeracy, literacy and knowledge of the locations of towns and cities worldwide. Good keyboard skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Self-reliant and able to work remotely as part of large home based team. Excellent time management skills. Well organized and methodical. Experienced at meeting deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Able to plan and priorities work. Ability to learn and adapt quickly. Flexible in the face of changing demands.
