Job Description

Duties of an Administrator will include:

  • Prepare documents and correspondence to send out to customers.
  • Chase up any outstanding documentation, scanning and logging onto the system.
  • Answering the telephone and effectively dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Ordering of office supplies and stationary.
  • Support with diary management and appointments.
  • Meeting and greeting clients into the office.
  • Support with other administrative duties as required.

The role will involve processing and dealing with figures and numbers therefore, strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are required.
