Job Description
Account Duties
- Upload Transactions to Bank Scheme
- Process Payments received from both UK & EU Bank Scheme
- Process Credit Card Payments Received
- Process Online Payments Received
- Process purchase invoices
- Email Bank Credit card statements to employees for authorisation and enter onto system
- UK Direct Debits - Process and email all customers of deduction
- Process and analyse UPS UK & EU invoices
Customer Service Duties
- Dealing with Telephone enquires from both dealers and customers
- Processing orders / taking credit card payments
- Stock Adjustments
- Processing credit notes to dealers
