Job Description

Account Duties

  • Upload Transactions to Bank Scheme
  • Process Payments received from both UK & EU Bank Scheme
  • Process Credit Card Payments Received
  • Process Online Payments Received
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Email Bank Credit card statements to employees for authorisation and enter onto system
  • UK Direct Debits - Process and email all customers of deduction
  • Process and analyse UPS UK & EU invoices

Customer Service Duties

  • Dealing with Telephone enquires from both dealers and customers
  • Processing orders / taking credit card payments
  • Stock Adjustments
  • Processing credit notes to dealers
