Providing support to the finance team regarding accurate rent and service charge information.
Preparing budgets.
Investigation of variances and taking corrective action.
Manage fixed assets & components.
Liaise with external auditors throughout lease hold audits.
Insuring compliance with Health and Safety policies.
Adhering to achieving the vision of the company within the job role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally AAT qualified or actively studying. Proven track record in similar role. Excellent knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Office and Business Objects. Exposure to rent and service charge principles and regulations. Proven track record of dealing with high volume of data. Highly organized and excellent communication skills.
