In this busy, diverse role you'll be first point of contact for the business, taking responsibility for all front of house duties. Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained, you will welcome visitors to site in a professional, friendly manner ensuring they are briefed and adhere to all health & safety regulations.
Organisation will form a big part of the role, and you'll be tasked with coordinating meeting rooms, diaries and preparing any materials needed as well as ordering refreshments etc.
Alongside reception duties, the role also involves providing Administrative support to the General Manager including booking travel, accommodation etc. You'll also support a range of other teams when required such as HR and Finance as well as maintaining stationary stocks and managing post.
The Benefits
