Key Responsibilities:
Producing and collating hours reports for Branch Manager
Build and maintain relationships with Head Office and stakeholders across the branch network
Carrying out processes to support the on boarding of new starters including chasing missing documents and exporting to our Candidate Management system
Contacting and chasing employment references
Organising and validation checks of right to work documentation
Complete and manage audit compliance of client and candidate files
Carry out internal audits and implement improvements
Processing DBS criminal conviction checks
Coordinating and input of volume hours to internal and client payroll and finance systems
Candidate screening and job board management as and when support is required
Expenses management
Act as an information hub and first port of call for queries
Other ad-hoc duties as required
