Job Description
They are looking for an experienced and highly motived Accounts/Financial Manager to join they team.
The Role
Use of Receiptbank for invoice collection. (entering of invoicing)
Management of Debtors/Creditors.
Day to Day provision of payment resource to the Purchasing department.
Generation of Sales Invoices.
Inputting of Journals, Month end and Year end.
Preparation and submitting VAT returns.
Payroll preparation. (including vetting of timesheets)
Bulk payment runs using Online Banking.
Bank account Reconciliation.
Preparation of reports for P&L and Balance Sheet.
Preparation of Management accounts. (Preferred but not essential)
Good office management skills.
Point of contact for all account’s enquiries from customers and suppliers.
Accounts auditing assistance with the relevant authorities.
Assistance with Travel and expenses for Personnel. (Flights, Hotels, etc)
Preparation of Financial plans and cashflow.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Be self-motivated and enthusiastic Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have excellent interpersonal skill Be able to work on their own initiative and as member of a team Be able to work to deadlines Have excellent attention to detail. Motivated to achieve customer satisfaction. Proficient use of Sage Line 50 (Formal Sage training or 5+ yrs experience) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite. (Excel, Work and Outlook) Relevant Accounting qualifications (AAT Level 3 or above)
