Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Quality Management System and will oversee a small quality inspection team of seven.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the Quality Management System
• Responsible for the completion of internal ISO9001 Audits
• Preparation and submission of Quality Reports (Monthly and Quarterly)
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement
• Management of the site customer complaint and warranty system
• Support and monitor the supplier base in terms of performance
• Proactive communication with sales, production, and support departments
• Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to help introduce new processes and equipment
• Organisation and management of external audit bodies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Background in Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) Previous experience in a technical domain within an industrial sector Lead Auditor status would be highly advantageous
