My client is offering an exciting opportunity for an ACA or ACCA from an audit, corporate finance or insolvency background to join their advisory team and work clients across the North East and Yorkshire.

As part of this high achieving team you will closely with your clients and other professional service providers to ensure the successful delivery a range of corporate finance services.

The role will entail business reviews, due diligence and working closely with funding providers and company owners.

We anticipate the successful individual will have a background in general practice, corporate finance, restructuring, funding or banking and also be ACA or ACCA qualified.

You experience will have included working with OMB's, SME's and start-ups and you will be able to demonstrate strong technical accounting, communication and negotiation skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
