Job Description

Key Responsibilities;
1. Ensure complete understanding of the Franchise Warranty Procedures.
2. Account for all cash, etc. received and to ensure that all work done, and parts used are charged to appropriate accounts at the Company rates in force at the time.
3. Provide times, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information.
4. Understand and follow the franchise working practices checklist and ensure that anything not adhered to is reported immediately to your line manager.
5. Keep up to date with all Franchise bulletins and literature
Salary: Between £20,000 - £22,000pa (This will vary according to experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm, Alternate Saturday Mornings 8.00am – 12.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Experience of working within a similar role is essential. 2. A full UK driving licence 3. Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone 4. Proficient IT skills and preferably previous experience with DMS systems. 5. Committed to providing the highest quality of service to customers 6. A self-starter who is able to work under their own initiative, multi task and achieve deadlines 7. High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail 8. Strong Organisational skills and able to follow strict procedures 9. Smart appearance
