Responsibilities:
- Answer and redirect phone calls, emails, letters, packages etc.
- Liaise with staff, customers and insurance contacts to maintain good working relationships.
- Maintain the diaries for operational duties and keep the technicians updated.
- Have a clear understanding of the in-house data and reporting systems.
- Create and keep updated records and databases.
- Assist with the compilation of estimates and invoices as required.
- Suggest improvements in current working practices that you encounter in your day to day
- Maintain health and safety standards of staff at all times within the office environment.
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
Salary - £18-22k depending on experience
