Job Description
In addition to providing detailed and specialist advice to all business areas, you will lead on audits to ensure compliance with 22301 and 9001 and support with the development and delivery of the group-wide risk management strategy.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Support the Senior Risk Manager in the development, optimization and implementation of the group risk management frameworks and strategies.
- Support in the management of the organization’s risk registers
- Work collaboratively across divisions to ensure risk is identified and appropriately handled
- Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions where policies, procedures and supporting documentation can be enhanced.
- Support Business Continuity activities and accreditation pipeline in accordance with ISO 22301 standards.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Suitable academic/vocational Risk Management qualifications and proven experience operating in a complex risk environment. Proven experience in the management of a business continuity management system. Technically-minded with knowledge of risk management approaches and techniques. Ability to manage stakeholders and provide specialist advice across a variety of different business areas. Clear knowledge and understanding of ISO 22301 and 9001. ISO 22301/9001 – lead auditor is preferable.
