We are looking for someone to assist in provision of effective administrative support to the staff and management of the Wakefield Safe Space, including collating and producing data for reporting purposes and servicing meetings.
You will undertake administration, including responsibility for identifying, developing and maintaining administrative systems and carrying out general admin duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and able to work on their own initiative. They should have effective organisational, ICT and excellent communication and literacy skills. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and be flexible and adaptable in working across different office and other environments.
