Job Description

This role will provide you with a diverse and challenging environment, with you responsible for providing a range of business support to the onsite team. The operational management team and central support team will provide guidance within the role as you undertake a range of duties, including;

  • Providing guidance and support to the Home Managers with regards to rota management, ensuring staff levels are appropriate to deliver the level of care expected
  • Collating and processing payroll information, including completing weekly/monthly returns
  • Undertaking purchase ledger responsibilities
  • Processing HR documentation and supporting the compliance requirements for new staff
  • Maintaining & reconciling a petty cash account and other cash-based accounts in line with the NorseCare policy
  • Provide generalist clerical and administrative support for the home as appropriate including daily reception duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSE (or equivalent) grade C (or Level 4) or above in three core subjects including Maths and English Extensive experience within an administrative role or customer service driven environment Good understanding of Microsoft office including use of Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines High levels of customer care Good communication & interpersonal skills
