Working from fabulous modern, city centre offices, you will be supporting the Client Experience Team and ensuring a smooth running of the office. In the meantime you will be working from home until the restrictions are eased.
If you are someone who has client and customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do, then this is a perfect role for you! As integral part of the team, your day to day experience will be dealing with suppliers over the phone, email and online portals. Along with that you will be entering accurate data into the company’s CRM system , validating documents, and resolving any queries with clients and suppliers.
