You will be responsible for the onboarding process, candidate compliance and also HR administration. You will need experience within the Health and Social Care recruitment process.
My client is growing at a substantial rate and is a forward thinking provider of care and support within the Children and young person's residential sector.
·Salary - Between £9.00 - £9.60 depending on experience
·Hours - 20 hours per week Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day but flexible on when they are worked that day.
·Part time fixed term contract 6 months
Responsibilities - HR Recruitment Admin
· Have a very high level of attention to detail. · To carry out all compliance on new starters. · General HR administration. · Understanding of employment law. · To be able to process data and present findings. · Recruitment experience within the Healthcare Sector. · To complete the onboarding process with new employees. · To have a knowledge of Ofsted and Children and Young person's(Not essential but preferred). · Have excellent organisational skills.
