Job Description

The Role;

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the field operations, duties will include;

  • Taking inbound calls from external employees
  • Maintaining clear, concise and accurate records on internal CRM systems
  • Ensure field processes run smoothly and to client deadlines and satisfaction
  • Liaising with clients, responding to queries & providing updates in a timely and efficient manner
  • Checking supplier and agent invoices and inputting into CRM systems
  • Support the rest of the field services team as and when needed
  • Complete change of ownership and tenancy forms as required
  • Use the land registry e-portal in times of need
  • Read and understand lease agreements & land registry entries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills on all levels Excellent attention to detail Enthusiastic & ambitious Confident & proactive Strong IT skills Previous utility industry experience would be advantageous, however this is not essential.
