Job Description
The Role;
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the field operations, duties will include;
Taking inbound calls from external employees
Maintaining clear, concise and accurate records on internal CRM systems
Ensure field processes run smoothly and to client deadlines and satisfaction
Liaising with clients, responding to queries & providing updates in a timely and efficient manner
Checking supplier and agent invoices and inputting into CRM systems
Support the rest of the field services team as and when needed
Complete change of ownership and tenancy forms as required
Use the land registry e-portal in times of need
Read and understand lease agreements & land registry entries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills on all levels Excellent attention to detail Enthusiastic & ambitious Confident & proactive Strong IT skills Previous utility industry experience would be advantageous, however this is not essential.
