Job Description

The Role:

  • Providing full administrative support to a busy design team.
  • Maintaining detailed files and records.
  • Liaising with overseas suppliers.
  • Chasing samples / Sending out samples
  • Dealing with all incoming samples and sending out comments to Far East suppliers
  • Answering incoming calls and queries
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent numerical and analytical skills Knowledge of data analysis tools - should show advanced skills in excel Be able to present and understand sales forecasts and figures. Excellent communication skills, would need to Liaise with account managers and senior management on daily basis Good team player Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
