As a Quality Compliance Auditor, you will be supporting, motivating and empowering the staff you manage and ensuring that all staff meet the objective of helping the client group to have a high quality of life whilst living at Home. Your role will include responsibilities for ensuring that policies & procedures are always followed, that legislation is adhered to and that all relevant paperwork is maintained and up to date. You have a responsibility to report any area of the work to the Registered/Care Manager where you feel a member of staff is not performing up to an acceptable standard.

*For the position you must be a car driver and own your own car.*

£10.50 per hour + paid travel time + mileage allowance

• Health and Social Care: 1 year (Required)

Licence:

• Driving License (Required)

Duties:

• Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements
• Charting or taking notes for others to review
• Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
