Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for collecting and inputting high quality, accurate data using the appropriate codes within set timescales.
  • Supporting onsite nursing by inputting patient / staff data on to electronic NHS Systems
  • The first point of patient contact by answering the phone or emails
  • Have an understanding of using the Excel package.
  • Have the skills to identify anomalies and be able to question entries.
  • Produce clear accurate reports from data collected.
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality procedures.
  • Be a clear communicator.
  • Be an effective team player supporting colleagues as required.
  • Undertake any other duties as are delegated from time to time.
