Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Services Team. Our determined Credit Control team deliver excellent customer service whilst working with our retail customers to clear their overdue accounts. You will be responsible for protecting our revenue through effective negotiation and cash collection.

You will communicate with our customers through inbound and outbound calls, and emails. You will work with teams across the business to ensure you have all you need to create mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers.

Each of our customers are different so you will need to have an individual approach and will have the confidence to use your own judgment to make decisions regarding their account.

Conversations that involve money can be fuelled by emotion so you will need to be influential, and able to handle objections whilst maintaining a great customer experience.

You will be comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to multitask and priorities.

We offer a salary of £20,000- £24,000 dependent on experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in a B2B credit control/collections role. Efficient in using multiple software systems at once. Confident in using Microsoft Excel. Stakeholder management experience.
