Accounts Assistant

You will join them as an Accounts Assistant to maintain trial balance accuracy by performing account reconciliations. Helping protect business assets through cash and stock control.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

- There are a number of balance sheet accounts that are required to be fully reconciled. The Accounts assistant will support the finance department in this important task.
- Cash and Stock are two of the most important assets in the business and need to be carefully controlled. It is envisaged that the Accounts assistant will be involved in maintaining and improving the controls for these two areas.
- The finance department is responsible for the making sure that suppliers are paid for deliveries of stock. The Invoice matching team occasionally require additional support from the rest of the finance department. The accounts assistant will contribute as required.

Accounts Assistant Requirements:

- Experience of working in a finance department preferable.
- Numerate (At least Maths to GCSE level B or equivalent).
- Attention to detail.
- I.T literate.

Location: Westbourne Grove, London W2 5SH

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £22,000 per annum

You may have experience of the following: Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, AAT, Accounting Assistant, Microsoft Office, Accounts Officer, Finance, Invoicing, etc.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
