Job Description

Main duties:

  • Receiving incoming calls from customers via the telephone and email
  • Ascertaining information from customers and prioritising the diagnosis of each job to allow for efficiency 
  • General administration - Microsoft word, email and excel skills required
  • Entry and configuration of data into the clients online system
  • Identifying works against the clients scope of service
  • Liaising immediately with the senior planner on any works that cannot be completed satisfactorily
  • Work to deadlines, prioritise workload and some performance targets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good organisation  Great customer service  Transferring information accurately  Accuracy when inputting data Be able to mediate calls in a professional manner
