Job Description

This role is reporting in to the Credit Control manager.

• Chase Customers by telephone / e-mail in the recovery of overdue debt.
• Conduct Credit Checks as and when required regarding new/existing Customer accounts.
• Monitor and release suspended orders ensuring credit policy is adhered to.
• Stop the supply of goods to late paying customers as required.
• Resolve customer queries in line with business SLA.
• Produce/Issue copy statements and invoices when required.

This role is paying up to £24,000 per annum + parking + pension + 1 day working from home + Flexible hour
