Our exclusive client is a well-established business based just outside of Bury extremely commended for their excellent service and products on offer to their customers throughout the UK. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a dynamic Credit Controller, keen to learn, to join their team. The business offer excellent training and progression

Role:

• Chasing debt by phone and email to reduce debtor days
• Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances
• Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements
• Liaising with sales/customer account teams to resolve queries
• Assisting with daily/month end reporting to Finance Manager
• Monitoring and maintaining credit limits, opening new accounts and credit checking
• Dealing with credit insurance and adhering to business fraud prevention policy
• Processing credit/debit card payments
• Account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies/queries
• Working to strict internal and business deadlines
