My client who offers over 50 years of experience within Veterinary care have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their small and personable team in St Helens. If you have a real passion for pets and come with a minimum of 2-3 years Credit Control and general accounts experience then please do get in touch!
Chasing new and aged debt via telephone, email and letter.
Updating debtors information onto an in-house system.
Placing accounts on hold and updating clients.
Producing court preparation and attendance.
Daily cash and banking duties.
Cash and banking reconciliations.
Weekly financial reporting.
Dealing with Head Office on a daily basis regarding invoice queries.
Dealing with insurance payments.
Providing all round accounts support the Practice Manager and team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communicator. Highly organized. Team player and can do attitude. Good IT knowledge. 2-3 years minimum Credit Control experience.
