Your main duties will include preparing VAT returns, CIS returns and Payroll, helping to improve processes to ensure the efficient running of the accounts team, assist in the production of management accounts and year-end accounts. You will also be in charge of reconciliations of control accounts and help maintain an accurate purchase ledger and general ledger.
This is a busy and varied role and requires good organisation and communication skills. You should have considerable finance experience together with the AAT qualification or be part-qualified ACCA/CIMA. Experience within the property sector would be an advantage but not essential.
