The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
To Liaise with customers to ensure delivery requirements are met.
Responding to emails and postal mail.
Recording data/ data entry.
To assist the Finance Team with job and invoice queries and provide resolution.
Draft, format and print relevant documents.
