This is a support role to the existing business team and will require someone who is versatile and able to take ownership of a task and see it through.
The successful candidate will be a team player, organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
The role focuses on supporting the existing business team and will include amongst many other tasks - progressing tenancy applications and agreements, negotiating rent and fee increases on renewals, processing and booking inspections.
This role will involve contact with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors via phone, email and face to face.

o Excellent customer service skills o Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels o Ability to work closely with a team to ensure you provide support whilst delivering excellent customer service o Strong Organisational Skills o Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail o Driven and a real desire to succeed - Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation o Polished & Well Presented o Genuine interest in property and people o Enjoy a fast-paced working environment Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: o Gas Safeties - Booking and managing o End of Tenancies o Check out packs prepared for the end of tenancies above o Invoices o Utilities o Keys - prepping, cutting etc o First point of contact for inbound calls o First point of contact for contractors coming in o Listening and allocating voicemails that come in o Uploading the contents of the Property Management Instruction form (on new managed properties) including appliances and manuals o Pre check Out Emails o Sending out Check in reports and the initial check in process o Transferring the 1-31 on the 1st day of every month o Inventory amendments updated on Reapit o Booking Inspections for Property Managers o Touchright inspections loaded to Reapit and works orders opened for the PM team if required o General Support for the PM team Experience/Qualifications required: o Previous property administration experience desirable but not essential o Previous retail or hospitality experience
