Job Description

Key Role:

Ensure 100% compliance through the process or product
Effective delivery of the service or product
Managing customer and/or supplier relationships
Ensure that service measures are captured
Ensure that service issues or failures are raised quickly and actioned
Understand and comply with legal requirements and company policies
Maintain an audit trail and data confidentiality at all times
Ensuring a complete and accurate answer to customer enquiries within the agreed timescales
Monitor, control and develop the process or product
Develop, challenge and improve ways of working

Salary: £10.50 per hour increasing to £11.38 per hour after 12 weeks.

Monday to Friday days 8:30 - 5.30pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Desirable skills: Ability to question and analyse data Excellent time management and organisational skills Ability to prioritise workloads and meet set targets Able to actively engage in continuous improvement Strong attention to detail Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and escalate where appropraite
