Job Description

Your new role

You will be responsible for collecting, organising and storing files both electronically and physically. You will copy records and upload them onto the correct system. You will also be responsible for managing incoming emails, responding to queries regarding the location of files and progress of them

You will also take inbound calls and package up copies of the files in preparation of them being sent out. As well as this, there will be some element of data entry involved within the role.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have at least 1 years experience within an administrative role and have worked within a large public sector organisation previously. You will have a keen eye for detail and be methodical in your approach to tasks, ensuring that no work is misplaced or mislabelled. You will be a confident communicator, able to work independently whilst meeting deadlines and responding to queries in a timely manor. You must be immediately available to work in the Chesterfield office, and able to commit to working for up to a year for the organisation.
