Job Description

Role Objectives 
* Business partner with Sales Director, Marketing Director and PR Director to provide insight, support decision making and assist with maintaining to budgetary targets
* Support month end reporting to ensure appropriate cars margin analysis, global stock balances and 
* Liaise with National Sales Companies to ensure appropriate performance management to target.
* Support Sales & Marketing with Pricing strategy, analysis and operations. 
* Support the development and maintenance of retail and wholesale funding relationships. 
* Provide data and analysis to support ongoing dealer management 
* Liaise with Program Finance to support introduction of product into market. 
* Work with business partners to develop targets, quarterly forecasts, budgets and long-term views, as part of overall FP&A input.
Key Stakeholders
* This role will work very closely with the Sales Director, Marketing Director and PR Director all of which sit on the Executive team. This role will also indirectly support, through direct reports a number of other directors for areas such as Retail Development, After Sales and Product Marketing.
* The role will also interact heavily with the Operational Finance team, as well as Program Finance and Group Accounting. 
* The role will also interact with HR, IT and Legal as well as other departments as appropriate to fulfil the role. 
Scope
* This role will be required to understand and engage at a detailed level but also be able to think strategically to support decision making. 
* Ability to innovate is key, as is the ability to create, build upon processes and structures to support the overall transformation of the Finance function and wider business in order to support its long term goals.

Other Factors 
* Role will include travel to US/China and other National Sales Companies as required.
* Interaction with US/China NSC's can mean flexibility of working hours is required to manage time zones.
Whilst the role is technically based in Hethel, willing to be flexible in regards supporting split location working.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Recognised accounting qualification * Significant post qualified experience working within a mid to large sized in manufacturing business within a commercially focused role * Experience in automotive * Experience of managing a team * Experience with revenue management and development of pricing strategies
