Job Description

Main Job Role:

  • Reporting to the Financial Controller
  • Responsible for a range of accounts duties across the sales, nominal & purchase ledgers
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices/credit notes and posting to ledgers
  • Assisting with processing the payroll for weekly and monthly employees
  • Control of cash receipts within the business including full reconciliation and banking alongside responsibility for petty cash
  • Credit control duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 18 months accounts experience Ability to prioritise a busy workload Strong attention to detail Enjoy working as part of a team
